My aim is always to get the job done correctly for you - and at first attempt. However, it is simply a fact that this is not how things always turn out. Something goes wrong, or fails to go right, and the reason may or may not have something to do with me.
If things do not go right for you, it does not matter where the fault lies, as I will always be glad to help in putting them right, so your first step should be to let me know and see what can be done. That usually works.
